Our policy reflects our dual commitment to customer satisfaction and environmental responsibility. We aim to minimize waste while ensuring you receive the perfect eco-friendly window treatments for your home.

2. Return Eligibility

Ready-Made Products

For our ready-made sustainable window treatments, including standard-sized curtains, blinds, and accessories, you may return them within 30 days of delivery if they are:

  • Unused and in their original condition
  • In their original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase
  • Not marked as final sale or clearance items

Custom-Made Products

Due to their bespoke nature, custom-made window treatments are generally non-returnable except in cases of manufacturing defects or significant deviation from specifications. Custom products include:

  • Made-to-measure curtains and blinds
  • Fabrics cut to custom lengths
  • Products with customer-specified designs or color combinations
  • Products that have been altered or customized after manufacture

If you believe your custom product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Fabric Samples

Fabric samples are non-returnable items. They are provided to help you make informed decisions about your window treatments and are yours to keep.

3. Return Process

If you wish to return a product, please follow these steps:

Email us at info@quefoshoreo.world or call +44 20 7288 9643 to inform us of your intention to return an item. Please have your order number ready and explain the reason for the return.

Receive Return Authorization

We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and specific instructions for returning your item. Returns without an RA# may not be processed.

Package Your Return

Carefully repackage the item in its original packaging if possible. Include your RA# and order information. Ensure the product is well-protected for transit to prevent damage.

Ship Your Return

Send your return to our address using a tracked shipping method. We recommend taking photos of the packaged item before shipping as evidence of its condition.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund. This typically takes 5-10 business days, depending on your payment method and financial institution.

4. Refunds and Exchanges

4.1 Refund Options

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. The refund will include:

  • The cost of the returned product
  • Any applicable taxes on that product

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4.2 Exchanges

If you would prefer an exchange rather than a refund, we are happy to accommodate when possible. Please note:

  • The replacement item must be of equal or greater value (you will be charged the difference if greater)
  • Availability of the desired replacement cannot be guaranteed
  • Additional shipping charges may apply for the replacement item

To request an exchange, please follow the same initial steps as for a return and specify that you would prefer an exchange when contacting our customer service team.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. For claims of damage or defects, we may require:

  • Photographs of the damage or defect
  • A detailed description of the issue
  • The original order number and date of purchase

For items damaged during shipping, please retain all original packaging materials for inspection by the shipping carrier if needed.

We will either replace the defective item at no additional cost or provide a full refund, including original shipping charges.
